Whats going on with R.Kelly
Hello,
at first I want to say that I am an fan since the year 1998. I Love r.kellys music.
My favourite Albums are TP-2.com, R., Best of Both Worlds, Tp3 , Chocolate Factory and so on.
But R.kelly makes his voice like T-Pain and music like LIL JON.
We miss the song like DID YOU EVER THINK, or FIESTA.
What do you think about the NEW r.kelly ?
Do you miss the music like fiesta, I Wish or Did you ever think?

explain to me, r, how you intended on charging your fans $40 to show up and not sing. is that the promoter's fault? a little, but you lost a lot of fans here, homey. of course you already knew that since you could hear the boos and see the middle fingers. lots of pissed off people. i picked up three dollars when you "made it rain" during your entrance -- you will have to pay me a lot more than that if you ever want me to go to a show of yours again.
does the "r" stand for ripoff?
Guys SUPERMAN IS DEAD, and we have an imposter masquerading as R. Kelly. Skin, religious, number 1 they are all credulous, where is the creativity, versatility, ? Every time I hear skin I vomit a little in my mouth. Douple up will forever be regarded as his last decent release, even then only a few songs shine, lie Same girl, best friend. The real R. Kelly we miss u man.
He still the same R.Kelly. I think sometimes we put artist in a box but I think it is okay to experiment with different sounds but I think he is just an artist that is trying to be creative and change with the times. I think I know what your saying, in terms of what we are use to hearing from Kellz but sometinmes you got go out on limb and mix it up that is part of being an artist, I do think he is growing as an artist and as a person so to answer your question I think what's going on with R. Kelly is experimenation and growth!!
Yeah I agree 100% with you guys, that things have really changed in his music style.. I would think it had something to do with the trial... or the constant trying to change with the times, which is awful. For such great talent... Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Luther Vandross, Michael Jackson, never wanted to be any other artist,than themselves R. Kelly in my deepest heart felt opinion, changed when he did that best of both worlds with Jay-z. It was a train wreck to begin with. A Mega R&B grammy award winner, touring with some Rap Artist, it was a down fall. Kelly people should have know better, but after all of this... His ego got the best of him, and he wants to change his vocals to fit in with these misfits, and that why Trea Song. Neyo can get on the scene, so easier... Mimic R. Kelly since we starving for good music we'll take second hand music its better than nothin... Pesonnal Kelly needs to get his s*** togeather, Like in the ladies make noise tour, he did change is gonna come, A dedication to his late mother, OH my god R.Kelly was back... He know he's short changing real fans... We real Fans know !!!!!!!!!
The times are changing. You can't expect what was cool and a great party song in the 1990s to be topping the charts in this millennium, unless it's the death of that artist and the reminiscence of his or her music [Michael Jackson for example]. Although I do love what you call the "old Kells", I will like his music no matter what he sings and how he does it, or what genre it may fall under. It could be that you yearn for classic R&B beats and don't enjoy his new style because you were born into a period of time long before what these kids that are the cause of the music charts were born into... R. Kelly has always been known to be a trend setter and leader for Rhythm and Blues music, but I think he's being an exceptional follower in 2009. I like the way he does it, though.
His Music has changed, i would kill for a Gospel album from Kellz. There is just somethin about him on Gospel lyrics tat just moves me.

Of course I love hip hop music too. But when I am listen to Rap/Hip Hop I am listening to 2pac or Ja Rule.
When I am listen to R.Kelly I want to hear Rhythm and Blues.
Yes. I miss the R Kelly who used to sing. This new Kells is a rapper. And that's okay... But I wish rap wasn't the main driving force in music. I wish Robert would go back to traditional R&B and produce music. I think rap is nothing but a bunch of beats and samples. Real music is produced with melodic and harmonic chords not a bunch of samples and loops.
