"Chocolate Factory" - Greatest Albums of the Decade

According to The Canadian Press, R Kelly’s music has helped define this past decade in a major way. They’ve just named “Chocolate Factory” the #9 Album of the Decade. Nice work Kells, the album is a classic.

Great job and a congratulations to Kells right here. I checked this out and I have to agree that it was one of the best of the decade, but it should be much higher up on the list.
