The diversity of his writing is indescribable.
He can take you to church, the bedroom & the unexpected. He is truly a lyrical GENIUS!
Only he can write/sing a smooth love song, bust a joke in tha middle & it's still tha sh!t.
Or flip it & write the most heart felt, soul stirring songs like "Trade In My Life", & "The Storm Is Over Now." Then he'll take it all the way left & come with "The Opera." There are so many facets to R. Kelly the artist & I love 'em ALL.
He had me curious w/ the R. Kelly & Public Announcement- Born Into The 90's album... it had a lil something extra that added a change to the music game. By the time he dropped 12 Play & did the "Bump & Grind (remix)" I was ADDICTED. I made my son somewhere between "Your Body's Callin'" & "It Seems Like You're Ready" LOL 
Every time an album drops, I GOTS to get it.
I even collect all the songs he writes for other people, & every collabo he does... even if I
don't care much for the other person LOL
I have all the DVDs of "Trapped In The Closet" & his music videos. I have YET to miss a concert cause he puts on a HELLUVA show.
R. Kelly is one of the most Underrated R&B Singers... Hands down!
Even w/ all the awards he has won over the years, he still doesn't get the recognition that he RIGHTFULLY deserves. Like he says on his remix to "Every Girl" "I don't know why ni**as wanna act like a MF ain't wrote no hits." LMAO I feel him on that. But that's alright Kellz, your TRUE fans know tha real deal!
